Fresh, organic cranberries are almost never available after Thanksgiving. Every year we get hundreds of requests for them around Christmas. They're on sale now, and we'll run them on sale again around Thanksgiving. A good idea would be to purchase enough cranberries now to last you through the season. Cranberries store very well with just refrigeration but if you need to store for longer than a month, freezing is the best way to go.
