Ingredients: 1 1/2 T sesame oil, 1/4 t tamari, 1 1/4 T lime juice, 2 1/4 t honey, 1 1/4 T grated ginger, 1 t minced garlic, 2 1/4 t brown sugar, pn crushed red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, 1 carrot, 1/2 lb bok choy, 2 apples, 1/3 c slivered almonds
Sunflower seeds and sunflower greens make this simple beet salad crunchy and snappy.
Ingredients: 2 1/2 lb golden beets, 1/2 c sunflower seeds, 2 1/2 T apple cider vinegar, 3/4 t salt, 1/2 t black pepper, 1/4 t sugar, 2 T shallot, 3 T olive oil, 6 oz sunflower greens, 8 oz chevre
