Chilled Melon Soup

    • orange-flesh honeydew (or cantaloupe melons, overripe)
    • 1⁄2 c
    • blackberries (fresh)
    • 1⁄2 c
    • raspberries (fresh)

Instructions

Remove the peel and slice the melon into large chunks. Purée melon in a blender or food processor until it has liquefied. Gently mix in lemon or lime juice and chill the mixture in the freezer for 20 - 30 minutes. Serve in individual bowls, garnished with fresh berries.
