Green Tea Fruit Smoothie

    • pineapple (unsweetened, cubed)

    • banana (medium)
    • 1 pk
    • sencha green tea (Eden Organic)
    • 1 T
    • maple syrup (or to taste)

Bring the water almost to a boil. Turn off the flame. Place the tea bag in the water and allow it to steep for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove and discard the bag. Chill the tea in the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
