- mint tea (loose leaf - try Organic Rishi Maghreb Mint)
- 1⁄2 T
- matcha (organic)
- 4 c
- 2 T
- sugar (raw, organic - use more or less depending on your preference.)
You can find loose leaf teas in the Health and Wellness aisle at Willy Street Co-op, and you can buy as much or as little as you'd like!
Scoop the mint tea and matcha into a tea ball, paper tea bag, or a filter basket and place it in a tea pot large enough to hold four cups.
Bring four cups of water to a boil, and pour it over the tea. Allow to steep for 4 minutes, then serve with the sugar.
You can re-steep the tea - just steep it for 5 minutes of 4 the second time around.
