Oven Fried Potatoes

    • medium potatoes, peeled (optional) and cubed

    • grated parmesan cheese
    • 1 t
    • salt
    • 1⁄2 t
    • garlic powder
    • 1 t
    • paprika
    • 1⁄4 t
    • black pepper
    • 2 T
    • vegetable oil

Place potatoes in a large resealable plastic bag (or use a large bowl). Combine Parmesan cheese with seasonings; add to potatoes and shake until well coated. Pour oil onto a 12x18x1 baking pan; pour potatoes onto pan and stir to coat with oil. Bake uncovered at 375F 30-40 minutes or until tender and brown, stirring once or twice.


Potatoes can be cut into wedges or sticks if preferred. If baking more than six potatoes, use two baking pans.
