Raw Spiced Butternut Squash Smoothie

    • coconut milk (canned - not the refrigerated kind)
    • 1 1⁄2 c
    • almond milk
    • 1 c
    • spinach (tightly packed)
    • 1⁄2 c
    • raisins
    • 1 1⁄2 c
    • butternut squash (peeled and grated)
    • 6
    • bananas (cut into chunks)
    • 1 t
    • vanilla extract
    • 1⁄2 t
    • cinnamon
    • 1⁄4 t
    • nutmeg

Description

Packed with butternut squash, bananas, and spinach, this delicious smoothie is more of a meal than a drink.

Instructions

Pour the coconut milk and almond milk into the pitcher of a blender. Add the spinach and blend well. Add the raisins, butternut squash, bananas, and vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Blend until smooth, adding water to thin it out a bit if neccesary. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
