  • 1 bn kale
  • 2 t olive oil
  • 1 clv garlic (minced)
  • pn salt
  • pn crushed red pepper flakes

Roasted Kale Directions

    Set oven to 400 degrees. Place kale in a casserole dish and drizzle with oil. Add salt, garlic, and pepper flakes and toss. Roast until slightly crispy, approx. 8 minutes. Serve.
