- 1 bn kale
- 2 t olive oil
- 1 clv garlic (minced)
- pn salt
- pn crushed red pepper flakes
Roasted Kale Directions
- Set oven to 400 degrees. Place kale in a casserole dish and drizzle with oil. Add salt, garlic, and pepper flakes and toss. Roast until slightly crispy, approx. 8 minutes. Serve.
