- 1 avocado
- 1 tomato
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 blood orange
- 2 T chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 t salt
- black pepper
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 lb sirloin
- warm corn tortillas
- sour cream
- shredded lettuce
Sirloin Tacos with Blood Orange Salsa Directions
- In a small bowl, combine the avocado, tomato, red onion, blood orange and any juices, cilantro, salt, and black pepper. Set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the beef and cook, stirring occasionally for 8-10 minutes, until no longer pink.
- Assemble the tacos with the warm tortillas, sirloin, and salsa, with sour cream and shredded lettuce.
