  • 1 bone-in pork shoulder

Slow-Cooked Pork Shoulder with Vegetables Directions

  1. Place the onion, minced garlic, carrots, potato, and turnip in a slow cooker.
  2. Season the pork shoulder with salt and pepper on all sides, then place on top of the vegetables in the slow cooker.
