  • 1 lb pecans
  • 3 T butter
  • 4 T maple syrup
  • 1 T light brown sugar
  • 1 t coarse salt
  • 1/4 t cayenne pepper

Spiced Maple Glazed Pecans Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375˚F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment or a nonstick baking mat.
  2. Place the pecans in a large bowl, and add the melted butter, maple syrup, brown sugar, salt, and cayenne pepper. Toss until well-coated. Spread evenly onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Bake, stirring frequently, for 12-15 minutes, until browned. Remove from oven and set aside to cool. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 7 days.
