Preheat oven to 375˚F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment or a nonstick baking mat.
Place the pecans in a large bowl, and add the melted butter, maple syrup, brown sugar, salt, and cayenne pepper. Toss until well-coated. Spread evenly onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Bake, stirring frequently, for 12-15 minutes, until browned. Remove from oven and set aside to cool. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 7 days.
