  • 2 c broccoli florets
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 c bok choy
  • 1 carrot
  • 3 c mung bean sprouts
  • 1/2 c peanuts
  • 1/2 c sesame seeds
  • 1 T hot sesame oil
  • 2 T brown rice vinegar
  • 1/4 c tamari
  • 1 t ground black pepper

Sprouted Sesame Salad Directions

  1. Combine first five ingredients in large bowl. Mix remaining ingredients together in a separate bowl; pour over vegetables and toss well.
