- 2 c broccoli florets
- 1 red onion
- 2 c bok choy
- 1 carrot
- 3 c mung bean sprouts
- 1/2 c peanuts
- 1/2 c sesame seeds
- 1 T hot sesame oil
- 2 T brown rice vinegar
- 1/4 c tamari
- 1 t ground black pepper
Sprouted Sesame Salad Directions
- Combine first five ingredients in large bowl. Mix remaining ingredients together in a separate bowl; pour over vegetables and toss well.
