- 1/4 c rolled oats
- 1 c coconut water
- 2 T coconut milk
- 2 clementines
- 1 1/2 T peeled, roughly chopped fresh turmeric
- 1 1/2 T peeled, roughly chopped ginger
- 1/4 t vanilla extract
- 1 t honey
- 1 t maca powder

- Blend the oatmeal into a fine powder in the blender. Add the coconut water, coconut milk, clementines, turmeric, ginger, vanilla, and honey and maca if using. Blend until smooth and creamy.
