- 1 c almond milk
- 1 banana
- 3 T almond butter
- 1/4 t almond liqueur
- 1/4 c almonds
Triple Almond Vegan (and Gluten- and Sugar-Free) Ice Cream Directions
- Place the almond milk, banana, almond butter, and almond liqueur (if using) in a blender pitcher. Purée for 15-20 seconds, until the mixture is smoothie-consistency. Transfer the mixture into an ice cream maker and fold in the sliced almonds. Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
- Remove from freezer 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
