- 1/2 c mayonnaise
- 2 T olive oil
- 2 T parsley
- 2 T basil
- 1 t garlic
- 4 cn yellowfin tuna
- 4 artichokes
- 1 c red bell pepper
- 2 T red onion
- 1/4 c kalamata
- salt and pepper
Tuscan Tuna Nicoise Directions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, olive oil, lemon
juice, parsley, basil and garlic. Add the drained tuna and chopped artichokes, red bell pepper, Kalamata or black olives and red onion. Mix everything together with clean hands or a spoon until well
blended. Add salt and pepper to taste.
