Vanilla and Blackberry Smoothie

This is a great breakfast smoothie or mid-afternoon pick-me-up.

  • 3 T oats
  • 1 c non-dairy milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 c blackberries
  • 1/2 c yogurt
  • 1 t vanilla extract

Vanilla and Blackberry Smoothie Directions

  1. In a blender, combine the non-dairy milk and oats, and pulse a few times to pulverize the oats. Add the banana, blackberries, yogurt, and vanilla extract, and blend until smooth. Serve immediately!
