- 2 T apple cider vinegar
- 3/4 t Dijon mustard
- 3 T olive oil
- 3 T safflower oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Cider Vinaigrette (for use in our Dirty Cajun Rice) Directions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar and mustard. While continuing to whisk, slowly drizzle in the oils. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
