- 2 duck eggs
- salt
- black pepper
- 2 t minced fresh parsley
Duck Egg Scramble Directions
- Heat a cast iron skillet over medium heat. Melt 1 tablespoon of the butter and add the egg. Cook, occasionally gently stirring, for 2 minutes. Transfer to a warm plate and top with the remaining butter. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper and the minced parsley. Enjoy immediately.
