- 1 banana
- 1 fig
- 3 T sesame seeds
- 2 T hemp seeds
- 1 non-dairy milk
- 1/2 t cinnamon
- pn nutmeg
- pn ground cloves
- pn turmeric
- lemon juice
Eggnog Milkshake Directions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth. Adjust spices to taste. Drink up!
