- 1 scallion
- 2 clv garlic
- 2 T maple syrup
- 4 T apple cider vinegar
- 1 t Dijon mustard
- 1 t chives
- 1 t dill
- 1 t parsley
- 1/2 c olive oil
- 1/2 t salt

- In a blender, puree all ingredients until smooth. Pour over your favorite dish or salad, and enjoy!
