- 1 cn tomato juice
- 2 T garlic
- 3 T chili powder
- 1/2 c green pepper
- 1 c onions
- 1/4 c roasted tomato salsa
- 1 cn diced tomatoes
- 2 cn chili beans
- 1 cn kidney beans
Fire Roasted Tomato Chili Directions
- In a large saucepan, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and saute the onions and green peppers for 5 minutes. Add the garlic and chili powder and saute 2 minutes more. Add the juice, tomatoes, chili and kidney beans. Bring to a boil, then simmer 30 minutes, stirring often. Add salsa and simmer 10 minutes more.
