  • 1 banana
  • 1 c frozen fruit
  • 1 T coconut oil
  • 1 1/2 T chia seeds
  • 1 t powdered ginger

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
