- 3 c Rio Star grapefruit juice
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1/4 c Campari
Grapefruit Campari Sorbet Directions
- Combine 1 cup of the grapefruit juice with the sugar in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring, until the sugar dissolves.
- Pour the remaining 2 cups of grapefruit juice into a bowl, and stir in the grapefruit-sugar mixture. Add the Campari and stir to combine. Refrigerate until completely chilled, then freeze in an ice cream maker, according to the manufacturer’s directions.
