- 4 green garlic stalks
- 8 oz fromage blanc
- salt

- 1 baguette
- olive oil
Green Garlic Crostini Directions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- In a medium bowl, combine the minced green garlic with the fromage blanc. Season to taste with salt and pepper, and set aside.
- Brush both sides of each baguette slice with olive oil and arrange in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Toast in the oven until golden brown. Remove from oven, then spread a dollop of the green garlic spread onto each crostini. Serve immediately.
