- 1 c water
- 2 c pineapple
- 6 ice cubes
- 1 banana
- 1 pk sencha green tea
- 2 c strawberries
- 1 T maple syrup
Green Tea Fruit Smoothie Directions
- Bring the water almost to a boil. Turn off the flame. Place the tea bag in the water and allow it to steep for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove and discard the bag. Chill the tea in the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
