  • 1 bn lettuce
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 apple
  • feta
  • 1/3 c white wine vinegar
  • 2 bags earl grey tea
  • 2/3 c olive oil
  • 1 t Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 t herbs de provence
  • 1/2 t sugar
  • sea salt
  • pepper

Honeycrisp Greens with Earl Grey Tea Dressing Directions

    1. Bring vinegar to a boil. Remove and pour over tea bags in a small bowl. Cover and steep for 20 minutes. Discard bags. 2. Whisk together the vinegar-tea mixture with mustard, herbs, sugar, salt, and black pepper. 3. Very slowly drizzle in olive oil to emulsify. 4. Toss over salad ingredients. Serve and watch.
