mascarpone-cream
- 1 c whipping cream
- 1/2 c mascarpone cheese
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1/4 t vanilla extract
Mascarpone Cream Directions
- Place all ingredients in a medium bowl, and use an electric mixer to beat until soft peaks form. Keeps up to one day, covered and refrigerated.
