  • 6 c mustard or collard greens
  • 2 T balsamic vinegar
  • 2 t honey
  • 1 T Dijon
  • 2 t vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c pecans

Mess o’ Greens Salad with Warm Pecan Dressing Directions

    Wash greens and dry thoroughly, then remove and discard stems. Tear into bite-sized pieces and place in desired serving bowl. In a small bowl, combine the vinegar, honey and mustard- set aside. Heat vegetable oil in a small skillet until hot, but NOT smoking. Add the vinegar mixture and pecans. Cook, stirring frequently, for 2-3 minutes. Pour over the greens and serve immediately.
