  • 2 c arugula
  • 1 pear
  • 1/4 c hazelnuts
  • 1/4 c dried currants
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 1 T olive oil
  • pn salt

Autumn Salad with Pear, Currants, and Hazelnuts Directions

  2. Combine the arugula, pear, hazelnuts, and currants in a large serving bowl. Drizzle with the lemon juice and olive oil, and sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Toss to coat. Taste, and add more olive oil, lemon juice, or salt as needed.
