  • 2 T butter
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 bn ramps
  • salt
  • 1/2 baguette

Ramps in Shallot Butter over Toast Directions

  1. Melt a tablespoon of butter in a medium skillet over medium heat. Sauté the shallots until soft and lightly golden. Add the second tablespoon of butter and the ramps. Sauté until stalks are soft, 1-2 minutes.
  2. Toast the baguette and top with the sautéed shallots and ramps. Serve while still warm.
