    • cilantro, chopped (save 1 sprig for garnish)

    • lemon juice
    • 1⁄4 t
    • cumin
    • 1⁄4 t
    • spike® (the secret ingredient)

A gratifying guacamole with a lot of bang for your buck in the flavor department! Heavy on the garlic and onion, this divine dip will boost your morale as well as your immune system! One bite and you will certainly return for more. And maybe just a little more...


Gently fold all the ingredients together. Dust with cayenne, garnish and serve.


A potato masher is particularly handy for mashing the avocado prior to the addition of the other ingredients. Also, using the coarse side of a box grater saves a lot of time chopping the onion.
