    • corn tortillas, warmed

Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet; add turkey and onion and cook until the onion is translucent and the turkey is cooked through. Drain well, and add spices and garlic and cook, stirring, 2-3 minutes more. For each serving, spread ¼-cup turkey on a tortilla. Top with cheese, lettuce, tomato, and salsa as desired.
