    • sun dried tomatoes (reconstituted)

    • fresh basil, chopped

Combine garlic, jalapeno, pumpkin seeds, and basil in a food processor Blend until smooth Add oil and lime juice and blend some more Slowly add tomatoes and blend until very smooth


The pesto should have a soft consistency and a light reddish color
