Spiced Strawberry Cashew Shake

This rich and creamy strawberry shake is warmly spiced with vanilla, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, and ginger. Don't forget to soak the cashews overnight!

  • 12 strawberries
  • 2 c cashews
  • 2 1/2 clv water
  • 10 dates
  • 1 T vanilla extract
  • 1/4 t ground cloves
  • 1/2 t ground cardamom
  • 1 t cinnamon
  • 2 t ground ginger

Spiced Strawberry Cashew Shake Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mash the strawberries until smooth. Divide strawberries between 4 glasses and set aside.
  2. Place the cashews, water, dates, vanilla, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, and ginger in a blender and process until smooth. If needed, pour in 1/2 cup more water to achieve desired consistency. Pour the shake into the 4 glasses over the strawberries. Place in the freezer to chill for a few minutes, or add ice cubes, and serve.
