Mango Lassi

  • 1 c mango chunks
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 1 c yogurt
  • 1 T honey
  • 1 pn cardamom

Mango Lassi Directions

  1. Place the mango and milk in a blender and process until smooth. Add the yogurt, honey, and cardamom and pulse until smooth and creamy. Pour into a tall glass, garnish with a dash of cardamom, and enjoy!
