This is a special, but still simple, alternative to the basic breakfast you might have typical mornings. Tomato, dill and egg complement each other perfectly. Scale up for a group.

- olive oil
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tomato
- 1/2 t chopped fresh dill
- 1 T milk
- salt
- black pepper
Baked Egg with Tomato and Dill Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Coat a small ramekin with olive oil. Crack the egg into the ramekin, leaving the yolk whole. Sprinkle the diced tomato and dill on top, add the milk, and season with salt and pepper.
- Set on a baking sheet and cook for 5 minutes. Turn the oven on to broil, then broil for an additional 5 minutes, or until the white is set and the yolk is done to your liking. Remove from oven and serve hot.
