- 3 T oats
- 1 c non-dairy milk
- 1 banana
- 1 c blackberries
- 1/2 c yogurt
- 1 t vanilla extract
Vanilla and Blackberry Smoothie Directions
- In a blender, combine the non-dairy milk and oats, and pulse a few times to pulverize the oats. Add the banana, blackberries, yogurt, and vanilla extract, and blend until smooth. Serve immediately!
