- 4 oz Tart Cherry and White Tea Preserves
- 2 oz Cardamom Simple Syrup
- 1 lemon
- 40 oz Oolong Kombucha
- ice

- Fill a large cocktail shaker with ice. Add the preserves, cardamom simple syrup, and the juice of the lemon. Shake vigorously, then pour the contents of the shaker into a 48 ounce serving pitcher. Top the pitcher with kombucha, and serve.
