- 2 c arugula
- 1 pear
- 1/4 c hazelnuts
- 1/4 c dried currants
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1 T olive oil
- pn salt
Autumn Salad with Pear, Currants, and Hazelnuts Directions
- Combine the arugula, pear, hazelnuts, and currants in a large serving bowl. Drizzle with the lemon juice and olive oil, and sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Toss to coat. Taste, and add more olive oil, lemon juice, or salt as needed.
