- 2 T butter
- 1 shallot
- 1 bn ramps
- salt
- 1/4 baguette
Ramps in Shallot Butter over Toast Directions
- Melt a tablespoon of butter in a medium skillet over medium heat. Sauté the shllots until soft and lightly golden. Add the second tablespoon of butter and the ramps. Sauté until stalks are soft, 1-2 minutes.
- Toast the baguette and top with the sautéed shallots and ramps. Serve while stil warm.
