Fresh Corn Saute

  • 3 T butter
  • 1 c green bell pepper
  • 1/2 c onion
  • 4 c corn
  • 1/4 c water
  • 1 T honey
  • 2 T red sweet pepper
  • salt
  • 1/2 c cheddar cheese
  • 4 sli bacon

Fresh Corn Saute Directions

  1. 1 . Melt butter in a frying pan. Saute the green pepper and the onion in the melted butter for 2 minutes. 2 . Add corn, water, honey and sweet red pepper to pan. Cover and cook over medium heat 10-12 minutes. 3 . If using, sprinkle cheese and bacon over the corn. 4 . Serve and enjoy!
