Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb rhubarb
  • 1/2 c white wine
  • 2 T orange zest
  • 1 1/8 c cane sugar

Rhubarb Compote Directions

    Combine all ingredients in a heavy saucepan. Simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve warm or cold.
