Rhubarb with Earl Grey Tea, Cardamom, and Orange Zest Directions
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir well. Transfer to a Dutch oven or casserole dish and bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes, stirring once or twice.
Serve warm or cool.
