Are you ready for retail?
Before you decide to submit an application for consideration, review the Willy Street Co-op New Vendor Application so you’ve got a good understanding of the information you’ll need. Already have your product in other grocery stores? Go ahead and fill out the New Vendor Application.
At a minimum, you’ll need to provide/have the following to be considered:
- Contact Information: Contact Name, Company Name, Phone Number, Email Address, Website, Tax ID #, Any Applicable Licensing
- Product Information: Product Description, Size, Shelf Life, Pricing, Photos, Samples (by request only)
- Proper Packaging/Labeling (For Pre-Packaged Products): Brand Name, Product Description, Product Weight/Volume, (High-Resolution) UPC Barcode, Ingredient List, Allergens, Production Location
