Thank you for your interest in becoming a Vendor at Willy Street Co-op!

If you don’t yet have your product in other grocery stores, we highly recommend reviewing this form and our new vendor checklist and resource list page before applying.

Once you submit a new vendor application, it will be reviewed by the Willy Street Co-op Product Team. We will contact you within 30 days of receiving your application to let you know if your product(s) would be a good fit for our stores.

Vendor Information

Local Vendor: Willy Street Co-op defines local as within 150 miles from the WI State Capitol building or anywhere within the state of Wisconsin.(Required)
Inclusive Trade Vendor: Vendor businesses that are 51% owned, controlled, and operated by an individual or group that is part of a systemically underrepresented or under-served group; including businesses that are women-owned, BIPOC-owned, LGBTQIA+-owned, veteran/service-disabled veteran owned, or owned by persons with disabilities.(Required)
