Laura Chenel Marinated Goat Cheese Laura Chenel started making her award winning goat cheese in Sonoma, CA more than 40 years ago. With a focus on sustainability, the new creamery they built in 2011 was the first to be LEED Gold-certified in the US. This new facility uses 65% less water than the previous one and recycles all of the water it does use. They also produce all their electricity with onsite solar panels.  Duke's Real Mayonannaise For all the mayo lovers out there, we’ve got a new brand with a cult following.
