Willy Street Co-op offers a number of services to our local schools, from store tours to classroom visits to donations and discounts on scrip gift card orders.

Store Tours
Looking for a learning experience outside of the classroom? Join us for a store tour at Willy Street Co-op! We offer learning opportunities and tours of the retail space for pre-K through high school. Topics vary by age, and can include eating locally and seasonally, the cooperative business structure, the history of Willy Street Co-op, and decoding product labels. We include a sample or two, as well—all for free! Please fill out the tour request form at least four weeks in advance to request a tour.
Classroom Visits
Are you studying the local food system, eating the rainbow, or the cooperative movement? Willy Street Co-op staff is available to visit your classroom for a guest presentation! We come bearing seasonal samples as well! Please fill out the outreach request form at least four weeks in advance to request a guest presentation.
Donations
If your school is looking for treats for a bake sale or a gift bag or gift card for a raffle, we can probably help! Please fill out our donation request form at least three weeks before your event. We will review your request and get back to you. We may limit multiple donations to any one school over the course of the year to ensure we can help many schools.

Event Sponsorships
Are you having a fall festival or family night and you’re looking for sponsorships? We may be able to help! Please fill out our donation request form at least three weeks before your event and attach any information about levels of sponsorship. We will review your request and get back to you.
Scrip Gift Card Orders
We offer schools and school parent-teacher organizations a 9% discount on gift cards with a minimum $1000 order. The gift cards can then be sold at full value and the school or PTO can keep the difference. It’s a great fundraiser, and the discount is higher than scrip programs offered through other local grocery stores.
