Substitute your favorite stone fruit for nectarines in this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb nectarines
  • 4 T butter
  • 4 T sugar

Preparation

Preheat broiler.

Arrange the nectarines in a single layer on a rimmed cookie sheet. Brush generously with melted butter, then sprinkle with sugar. Set the pan at least 4 inches away from the broiler’s heat source, and cook about 10 minutes, until soft and glazed.
