- 1/2 c honey
- 1/4 c apple cider vinegar
- 1 lemon
- 1 shallot
- 3/4 c olive oil
- salt
- black pepper
White House Honey-Apple Cider Vinaigrette Directions
- Use a whisk to combine the honey, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and shallot in a small bowl. While whisking, slowly pour in the olive oil to form an emulsion. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
